2. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally.

3. Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from Hong Kong.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, changes are not possible, but once you receive the product, you can return it for a full refund.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard) and PayPal.

6. When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, usually within 1–3 business days, and shipped the next day. Note: We don’t process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

7. How long will delivery take?
Shipping usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on demand and location.

8. What if I don’t receive my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.

9. Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Our prices do not include international taxes or customs duties. You may need to pay these fees upon delivery, depending on your country’s laws.

10. How do I return an item?

Please contact us right away with your order number, photos of the item(s), and a brief explanation. We’ll do our best to fix the issue quickly.

12. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are sent to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item. If it’s delayed, please check with your bank or card provider.
